How very digital!

So I tried inking in Flash, and it's great. Dangerous, though - everything's so clean and lovely, I could almost forget that I am not actually that smooth. ("This pen is defective! It's not correcting me!")

But anyway! First, we have some character I'm working on (some limbs not pictured, batteries not included); second, Kimi ni Todoke fanart. I... I couldn't help it. ♥

Some awesome person gave me a free pass to five sessions at Spring Studio, and I (your humbly unemployed, fresh-out-of-college blogwriter) am taking advantage of it wholeheartedly. Thank you, awesome person.

Winter!

Well, here I am, looking for jobs and working on a website! I'm sadly inexperienced, and children of the next decade will probably mock me mercilessly ("why's it all 2D? What kind of backwards system were you using?"), but I'm slowly slogging my way through various handy tutorials.

Anyway, the picture! It's been a while since I used the computer from start to finish, so this was a refreshing change of pace.
